Toronto police are warning people living in Etobicoke's Mimico neighbourhood about a number of armed robberies at ATMs. They all happened throughout December

Toronto police are warning people living in Etobicoke’s Mimico neighbourhood about a number of armed robberies at ATMs.

They all happened throughout December and January in the Mimico Avenue and Lake Shore Boulevard West area. Police say a man would camp out near an ATM and when someone went to use it, he would come up from behind brandishing a gun.The man is described as 6′ tall, between 40 to 50-years-old with tanned skin. He was last seen wearing sunglasses and a face mask.Anyone with information can call police at 416-808-2200 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-8477 .
