Toronto police are appealing for information after reports of a child being approached by a man in a van.A 10-year-old boy is said to have been walking northbound when the van passed him.The driver is said to have tried to engage the child in conversation.
He is described as Black, in his 20s and clean-shaven with black hair. He was wearing a black sweater.The van is described as dark blue with white stripes on the side and a “frequent stops” sticker on the back.
