In the second incident — on Nov. 13, 2014 — a woman got off a transit bus at around 12:30 a.m. at Yonge Street and Canyon Hill Ave. in Richmond Hill when Cho demanded money from her at knifepoint, before pulling the victim into a field and sexually assaulting her. Investigators had a major breakthrough in the fall of 2021, when the Centre for Forensic Sciences produced a forensic link from an unrelated incident, which ultimately led to identifying Cho.Share this article in your social network
