Police say Simon Charnock, 32, of Toronto, approached a homeowner, claiming he had noticed issues with their roof.The business itself – Avenue Road Roofing – was not involved in the fraud.He was arrested on February 3 and charged with utter forged document and fraud .There may be more victims.
