Tom Hanks, Robin Wright and director Robert Zemeckis discuss reuniting for 'Here,' 30 years after they made the 1994 film 'Forrest Gump,' in an exclusive behind-the-scenes video. 'Here' is in theaters Nov. 1.
"We all know each other so well," Hanks says in the video, while Wright adds, "Working with people you know and you're compatible with, there's nothing like that."
"We could put our heads together and know exactly what we wanted to try different," Hanks says of working with Wright and Zemeckis on set. Wright also saysHanks played the title character in the 1994 historical drama, which won six Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor. Wright portrayed Jenny, Forrest's childhood friend whom he marries by the end of the movie.
