A large hole could be seen in the ceiling, with heaps of plaster covering both the floor and the urinals.The 11,500-seater arena is famously sandwiched between residential houses, making it the most unique stadium in the country. Luton redeveloped Kenilworth Road at a cost of £10million earlier this year, making it media-ready for their first-ever Premier League campaign.
Power Court is set to hold an initial 19,500 fans when it is opened in the future, with the potential to expand by another 4,000. The Hatters hope to begin work at the start of 2024 and aim to also build 1,200 new homes, as well as restaurants and bars in a new town quarter.
