Police say the suspected driver was found in a vehicle parked on the curb in the 100 block of West Street
A 40-year-old man from Whitby, Ont., has been charged with impaired driving after police received a call about a potentially impaired driver.
On March 12, around 1 a.m., police say they received the call about the suspected driver in a parked vehicle in the 100 block of West Street. Upon arrival, the officers saw a vehicle parked on the curb. They approached the car and identified the driver as the accused, Sault police said in a release. Jermaine McGregor, 40, of Whitby has been charged with impaired – blood alcohol concentration .
