The hotel said: 'Ms Ong checked in at about 3.30pm. At around 5.00pm, she brought an unregistered male person into the room, who left the room at 5.40pm. The complaint was made at about 6.30pm.'
To her horror, she allegedly found poop on her bed sheets. She claimed she also discovered similar stain marks on the towels in the bathroom.
However, in a statement sent to TNP, the hotel said it is"unable to determine the cause of the incident". The spokesman added that they are "investigating... and will take such further action if warranted". "Total cleaning time was around 25 mins which is the average cleaning time per guestroom. We also interviewed the room attendant and confirmed that she did a thorough check before releasing the room for check-in.
