While Herman didn’t outline any particular incidents, her attorney, Benjamin Hodas, indicated that the case involved allegations of sexual abuse. According to theHerman is arguing that Woods’ aggressive pursuit of a romantic relationship with her while he was her boss constitutes sexual harassment, which should be enough in itself to have the NDA revoked.
While Woods has not commented on his ex’s latest legal move, he did previously call her a “jilted ex-girlfriend.” Even though one of the cases was dropped, it seems like things are only going to get more complex as the debate about the NDA continues in court.
