The first wave of general sale tickets launched today with London and Edinburgh dates. Although the release windows have been staggered by two hours and countless people have already purchased in the pre-sale, fans are still struggling to find their place online.
Fans claimed the AXS website isn't working and claim Ticketmaster is registering users as "bots" and preventing them from moving to checkout.In response to a frustrated fan, Ticketmaster issued a brief piece of advice to help alleviate their problem. Ticketmaster said: "Ensure you are not using vpn if the issue persists try a different internet connection or a data connection on a mobile device.
. Multiple cases include the site timing out or crashing with only 10 minutes to go before tickets are on sale. Fans were asked to sign up with their email and make sure it was connected to a verified Ticketmaster or AXS account in order to purchase tickets in today's sale. The Liverpool Echo has contacted AXS for a comment.
