On Saturday at 5:42 p.m. a severe thunderstorm warning was issued by the National Weather Service valid until 6:30 p.m. for Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland and Sullivan counties.

Published: Jun. 22, 2024, 5:48 p.m."At 5:42 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located over Muncy, moving northeast at 25 mph," states the weather service. "Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees."
