The attack was filmed on a mobile phone.

A teenage thug involved in a horrific bus attack on two schoolboys has been given a last chance to stay out of jail.

The then 16-year-old and twin 14-year-old brothers pounced on the victims on a bus after tracking them on Snapchat.READ MORE: Mum of Rhys Bonner breaks down while giving evidence on 'soul destroying' son's deathThe attackers admitted assaulting the boys to their severe injury and permanent disfigurement with one also to the danger of his life.

In November last year, judge Lady Rae did not lock them up and instead ordered each to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within 12 months as part of community payback orders. The hearing was told the twins had been making "positive" progress - but the older thug had completed just under 30 hours since he was sentenced.
