Three people have been displaced after a fire broke out in a building in Woodstock, Cape Town, on Sunday morning.According to City of Cape Town Fire and Rescue Services spokesperson Jermaine Carelse, they were alerted about fire at approximately 04:45."The first floor, used as an apartment/church, sustained major damage and the ceiling trusses and floor [were] damaged by the blaze," Carelse said.
