He tells the story of how he saw a woman dancing on her roof and after waving hello, decided to send her his number via a drone. Next, he decided to make his biggest romantic gesture yet. He rolled over to her place in a giant plastic bubble so they could take a"walk" together. They were even stopped by cops who had seen their story on the news.
