Sprout on St James Avenue is the newest concept from Alex Riches, promising to sway customers away from 'grease or grim packaged sandwiches'.

Prices range from £4.50 to £8.00 with customers able to pick between small or large and custom or set bowls.Sprout also offers smoothies, hot and cold drinks, and fresh soups. He added:"It's important to us to operate in the right way. We focus on sustainability, local produce, recycling, and trying to make the planet healthier as well as our customers' bodies."It was vital to keep prices reasonable too. It's so hard to eat good food without breaking the bank right now.
