ISTANBUL—Turkish police investigating Carlos Ghosn’s passage through Turkey after escaping from Japan have searched for fingerprints on the box in which the former chief of the Renault-Nissan alliance was loaded onto a plane in Osaka, according to people familiar with the probe.
