Sitting in the centre of the Annex, this 121-year-old home is being listed for three times what it sold for eight years ago.

“It's an unbelievably stylish blend of the most wanted contemporary updates, while keeping at the background the original character and charm,” Lindsay said., the three-storey home was last sold in 2014 for just under $3 million. In May of 2016, the house was listed for $4.295 million, until the listing was terminated less than a month later.A large turret marks the home’s unique architecture. A five-car drive way leads up to the backyard.

Lindsay said she thought the home would sell to a client looking for a spacious detached home near downtown Toronto.
