Rosini said if she was not satisfied with the answer to her question about the charges, she could reject the plea agreement that recommends a 7-year minimum sentence for Dorothy Huffman.The Huffmans and their nephew Kaden C. Koser, 18, are charged in the death of Richard LeRoy Jameson II, 55.of tampering with evidence and abuse of corpse. He is awaiting sentencing, also.

Her husband heard some of this language over the phone and was agitated when he came home. He confronted Jameson who knocked off his glasses and spit on him. The body was wrapped in a comforter and Thomas Huffman and Koser carried it outside. They used a pickup truck to take Jameson’s body to a wooded area a few hundred yards from the trailer where it was buried.

Last July 12, assisting state police, the woman participated in a phone call during which Dorothy Huffman talked about burial site and the involvement of the others in the slaying, a police affidavit states.
