Travis Kowalski is now chief administrative officer, and Jennifer Kowalski Heinz is chief strategy officer at the San Antonio-based company. “In just the last 10 years alone, our company has seen tremendous growth in certain areas of our industry,” said president and CEO Greg Kowalski, father of the newly promoted executives. “We have continually updated our programs as well as our strategies for best serving our clients.”

Rosemary Kowalski and the late Henry Kowalski bought Uncle Ben’s Bar-B-Que on North Zarzamora Street in 1946, which would evolve and grow into the RK Group, according to a company timeline. Greg Kowalski is the couple’s son, and their daughter, Mary Kowalski Carrington, is a company adviser.
