Castle Comics UK have shared CCTV images of a man and woman who were allegedly caught on camera stealing the bizarre items not long after the store opened in a new community.

An independent business has shared CCTV images of a man and women who allegedly stole two horror-film inspired dolls collectively worth £145.

A Pennywise the Clown doll, from the Stephen King adaptation IT - worth £100 - was taken. A smaller doll inspired by slasher movie Friday the 13th - worth £45 - was also stolen. Employee Mark McAllister said: "My boss had been speaking with the woman for a wee while before she took the item. They left the shop and the boy came back a few minutes later and took the Pennywise doll which was close to the door and ran back out quickly. It was all caught on camera.
