Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni said the outcomes agreed upon at the Cabinet lekgotla would trickle down to all provincial and local governments. Ntshavheni said the outcomes of the lekgotla would be communicated by the President during the opening of Parliament next Thursday.
