JOHANNESBURG - Democratic Alliance leader, John Steenhuisen, says the party has no intention to create a coalition with the ANC.
Steenhuisen did however confirm that he is open to engage with other opposition parties to create an alternative to the ANC in next year's elections."I want to be absolutely clear, as I have been since I announced the moonshot pact in April, there is no plan of the DA to go into any form of grand coalition with the ANC," he said.
Earlier this year, the DA announced the moonshot pact which is aimed at creating a coalition to unseat the ANC in next year's elections.
