NBC's singing competition narrowed its challengers from 17 to 9 in its first live and remote elimination show. The judges appeared via video from their quarantine safe havens.
Todd Tilghman received the most votes, leaving Joanna Serenko, Joei Fulco and Toneisha Harris in jeopardy. Shelton,"so proud" of all of his remaining artists, chose to save Harris, who expressed her thanks to her coach. Serenko beat out Fulco and went on to compete for the wild card spot.Hopefuls CammWess, Mandi Castillo, Mike Jerel and Zan Fiskum nervously waited for Daly to announce the safe participant. Viewers chose to keep CammWess in the competition.
