Will this elite 2024 Texas athlete commit to UCLA?
As we've constantly seen throughout the landscape of College Football, you can never have enough good quarterback talent on your roster.
While the depth chart at a specific position might look good today, it could be in utter shambles tomorrow. Knowing this, Chip Kelly seems to be attempting to further solidify what already looks like a deep position on the team., a number of analysts have launched crystal ball predictions in favor of UCLA landing 2024 QB prospect Karson Gordon. A Texas native, Gordon had been committed to UNLV for quite some time.
When we say 'elite', it's actually fitting in this case. Gordon is the top triple-jump athlete in the entire country. To further put this into perspective, his PR for the triple jump is better than the outdoor mark NFL receiver Marquise Goodwin had set while at the University of Texas. Oh -- and Goodwin happened to be an Olympian for the United States.
While he hasn't publicly made a commitment to UCLA, all of the signs point towards him becoming an eventual addition to the Bruins' 2024 class.
