Religious liberty in America, because of religious zealots on the court, is increasingly eroding the rights of other Americans.

There is nothing wrong with being a homosexual, but for some Christians who think so, the Supreme Court is on their side. Led by Justice Alito, who repeated Christian nationalist talking points at a conference in Rome, the rights of homosexuals are increasingly being infringed upon with numerous exceptions granted by the conservatives on the Supreme Court. These include buying wedding cakes, hiring wedding photographers, and adopting children for example.
Justice Thomas wants to revisit and overturn Obergefell. Justice Alito has said that it is hard for a good Christian to be a good secular citizen with new ascending values, meaning gay rights. But he is wrong, because the overwhelming majority of Christian denominations do not have such a problem. In the case of Yeshiva University, it is a matter of time before Gay Rights Clubs are banned on campus, and sooner or later coverage of medications to prevent HIV infections will allow some religiously affiliated businesses to stop doing so, just as Hobby Lobby did with birth control.
