Head coach Molefi Ntseki has come to the defence of the team's strikers who are under under scrutiny from supporters over missed chances as Kaizer Chiefs lost to SuperSport United.
Although Chiefs have kept four clean sheets in since the start of the season, the Soweto Giants have been let down by some poor finishing upfront.Neither of the club's main strikers Ranga Chivaviro and Jasond Gonzalez have managed to find the back of the net since their arrivals, while Christian Saile, Pule Mmodi and Ashley du Preez have fared slightly better, scoring a combined nine goals between.
However, Chiefs' attacking line still left much to be desired as Amakhosi failed to score for the second consecutive match. Addressing the media after the defeat to Matsatsantsa, Ntseki insisted the amount of chances created is a positive sign."Like you said we are missing chances and missing chances means we are getting into those goal-scoring areas.
