Mother Sarah Ferguson and sister Princess Eugenie shared sweet throwback photos of Princess Beatrice on her 35th birthday to celebrate the milestone.
The royal granddaughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II turned 35 years old yesterday, August 8, and to mark the milestone, her royal family celebrated her.
Mother Sarah Ferguson and sister Princess Eugenie were among those who paid tribute to Beatrice on her big day via social media. The Duchess of York posted two throwback photos with her older daughter. In one, a little Beatrice is looking adorable in round red sunglasses and a blue checkered bow while sitting in the back seat of a car as Fergie drives; it was taken at a 1996 charity golf tournament to cure motor neuron disease. In the other photo, mother and daughter are sitting together at the 2004 Veuve Clicquot Gold Cup Final in contrasting black and white looks.
“Happy birthday Beatrice. You’ll always be my girl. <3,” Fergie wrote. The duchess shares Beatrice and Eugenie with ex-husband Prince Andrew, to whom she was married from 1986 to 1996.Eugenie also shared a congratulatory post for her sister’s birthday. In it, she included two candid shots of them dressed in warm outdoorsy gear walking along next to the sea. The princesses match in lightweight jackets, pants, waterproof boots, and beanies.
