The Room Next Door Trailer: Tilda Swinton & Julianne Moore Star in Pedro Almodóvar Movie

The Room Next Door trailer has dropped for Pedro Almodóvar's newest drama movie starring Tilda Swinton and Julianne Moore.

‘s English-language feature-length directorial debut. Sony Pictures Classics will be releasing the film in U.S. theaters starting on December 20.

“Ingrid and Martha were close friends in their youth, when they worked together at the same magazine,” reads the film’s synopsis. “Ingrid went on to become an autofiction novelist while Martha became a war reporter, and they were separated by the circumstances of life. After years of being out of touch, they meet again in an extreme but strangely sweet situation.”as they portray the respective roles of Martha and Ingrid.
