As Black and Latina women, we are all too familiar with how the goalposts are constantly being moved for anyone who does not neatly fit into the White Anglo-Saxon Protestant archetype, and how our identities are constantly up for debate, especially in spaces upheld by. We understand that we are not protected from racism and misogyny no matter how high we climb up the social ladder.
