Lenore Goss-Matjie sat down with Christina Devraj to address the ‘racial comments’ she made on the latest episode of ‘The Mommy Club: Sugar and Spice’.
As Lenore explained her heritage, having an Indian grandfather, she revealed that she competed in and won Miss India KZN. “I just feel like I need to pull you aside to chat to you about some of the comments you made. You made a comment to me not once, not twice, about being a coloured. And like now the competition I entered, about being brave… it comes across as very offensive, when one is pinpointing a person’s race,” said Lenore.“I feel like this is an insecurity of yours. Sometimes people just want to ask to be educated, sometimes people just want to ask to know the context of your story,” said Christina.
Despite being married to two husbands, Gogo Skhotheni’s love life often thrust her into the top trends for the wrong reasons.
