Ghajn Tuffieha Bay Beach in Malta has been named Europe’s best beach for 2024 by the website European Best Destinations. It beat beaches in Portugal’s Algarve, the Greek Island of Corfu and Spain’s Tenerife to bag the number one spot.Located on the west coast of Malta, the gorgeous beach is nestled between high cliffs, ensuring it remains unspoilt and full of natural beauty.
European Best Destinations added: ”Awarded the title of Best beach in Europe this beach offers high standards of cleanliness and services with restaurants and snack bar. Sunbeds & water activities are also available, you'll want for nothing more during your day at the seaside.” Another visitor, Jon W from Manchester, called it a “superb unspoilt beach”. One Tripadvisor user, Simon B, said it was "the best beach in Malta". He said: “This is fantastic, this beach, I’m really fussy when it comes to beach selections…A leisurely walk down some steps to this beautiful blue tranquil beach, accompanied by a brilliant restaurant with great food and drink selections. Amazing cocktails with recyclable cups that you take back on your way home to the bar.
