New merch for TheFlashMovie was shown off at CCXP2022, teasing the return of Michael Keaton's Batman, the introduction of Sasha Calle's Supergirl and the DCU's multiverse.
As the new year is about to ring in, new The Flash movie merchandise has been revealed teasing Michael Keaton's Batman return and the introduction of Supergirl. After years of being stuck in development hell, The Flash movie is closer to arriving in theaters, as Ezra Miller's Barry Allen continues his arc in the DC Universe While it was initially set to release last month, Warner Bros.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY While no new trailer has been released since DC FanDome 2021, Warner Bros. has begun to roll out new marketing for The Flash movie. Thanks to Twitter users Ground Breaker and Nicholas Levi, new images have surfaced online of The Flash merchandise, which was shown at this year's CCXP event.
The bigger takeaway from The Flash's new merchandise is the revelation about Keaton's Batman and Calle's Supergirl. While it had been confirmed that Keaton would reprise the role of his version of the Dark Knight, the aspect that he is a "retired vigilante" establishes that the movie will force him to get back in the Batsuit.
The Flash trailer seemingly teases that Barry ends up saving Supergirl from some imprisonment, hence why she is at half her strength when the movie first introduces her. However, it wouldn't be shocking if by the end of the film, Supergirl would be fully charged after the final climax, as it would be weird to introduce a version of the Girl of Steel who would never be at 100 percent.
