A higher bar both for organizations to set itself up for success by bringing on the right specialists, and for DEI practitioners to ensure their services meaningfully create the outcomes they chase.Organizational leaders often dramatically underestimate the time and resources required to genuinely achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion as outcomes.
