'The Crown' Season 5's First Trailer Is Here

The separation of Princess Diana and Prince Charles brings the royal family's biggest scandal yet.

will last much longer than we previously thought. Despite earlier announcements saying the show's fifth season would be its last, Netflix has confirmed that the series will continue past Season 5. The biggest issue, however, is that because of coronavirus-related delays, fans will have to wait longer than usual for it to return.

But even with the postponements, Netflix has already begun announcing members of the new royal cast. Here's what we know about the next installment ofSeason 5 will premiere on November 9, 2022.season 5 will release this November, releasing the season's first teaser as part of their annual fan event, Tudum.

The unveiled stills include Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana, Dominic West as Prince Charles, Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth, Olivia Williams as Camilla Parker-Bowles, Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip, Claudia Harrison as Princess Anne, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret, and more.
