Fairfield P.E.I.’s Ariel Sharratt and Mathias Kom of the The Burning Hell will perform at the Trailside Music Hall in Charlottetown on Sept. 21. ContributedCHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Off the heels of their new album release, Garbage Island, The Burning Hell will make their way to the Trailside Music Hall in Charlottetown on Sept. 21.

Connecting online, the group managed to create Garbage Island while members were locked down in different parts of the country. While members Ariel Sharratt and Mathias Kom were locked down in their P.E.I. farmhouse, their collaborator, Jake Nicoll, created a makeshift recording studio in an abandoned sheep pen on his dad’s Ontario farm.UNCUT - “…super-literate and fantastically droll… from bubbling synth pop and acoustic folk to rattly punk and even a spot of semi calypso.
