TheApprentice fans shocked as Shannon Martin QUITS show just 2 episodes in
The Apprentice fans have been left completely stunned after candidate Shannon Martin made the shocking decision to quit only two episodes in to the 17th series of the hit BBC show.
Emma Browne was then the first contestant to be fired after the girls lost the first challenge, a travel-based task that involved selling excursions and using their tourism know-how. So it came as even more of a surprise when Shannon decided it was the end of the line, as the girls later ended up winning the task.
Explaining why it was the right decision to leave when she did, Shannon admitted she'd already been having some doubts over whether she should take part in the competition. “I knew that I could potentially win the show, and did I really want to win and have my life completely changed? No, I didn’t. I wasn’t in there for the right reasons," the bridal shop owner added.
In the 16th series, which aired in 2022, Shama Amin announced she was quitting the series due to worries over a health condition.
