The ANC Youth League's conference policy documents show the organisation wants the South African Reserve Bank to take up public bonds or equity in state-owned enterprises and municipalities engaged in large capital spending to encourage economic growth. The league will gather at the Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg from 30 June to convene an elective conference.
