A towering 45ft sculpture of the much loved Paddington Bear character has been erected in Cheshire. Located in a field near Nantwhich's popular Ice Cream Farm, the new arrival has brought a marmalade-flavoured treat with him. The Ice Cream Farm is known around the region for its huge selection of flavours and sweet treats.
Announcing the news of their new arrival, Snugburys' boss Kitty Hill described the creation of the huge monument a 'real labour of love' having taken an epic 1500 hours to create from the entire team. They said: 'Found at Snugburys. We are incredibly excited to introduce our latest sculpture Paddington Bear. 'This is our largest straw feature to date, standing at a very impressive 45 feet tall. He is made from straw, larch shingles and a metal frame.
