The items were stolen from the home of a recently deceased Abbotsford resident last week
A set of Thai opera dolls, boxes of family photos and an all-terrain vehicle were among the items stolen from the home of a recently deceased Abbotsford resident last week.
Abbotsford police say the theft was discovered by family members who were checking on the unoccupied home. The eight Thai opera dolls were dressed in red and gold fabric and were wearing various removable masks depicting animals or demons.“Although the photos and dolls do not hold significant monetary value, they are of great sentimental value to the owner’s family. Any information leading to the return of these items would be very appreciated by the family,” police said.
Anyone with information can call Abbotsford police at 604-859-5225 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
