The bail application of Dr Nandipha Magudumana and her co-accused has been postponed. Photo: Twitter/ @tshepisolelakah, has been postponed to 11 and 12 May 2023.security supervisor Senohe Matsoara, suspended G4S guard Motenyane John Masukela, and Integritron CCTV technician technician Teboho James Lipholo.
Two other suspects former G4S control room operators who were arrested this week – Tieho Frans Makhotsa and Nastassja Jansen – also appeared in the dock.They are facing charges of murder, aiding the escape of a prisoner and defeating the ends of justice, among other charges. According to the National Prosecuting Authority charges sheet, prison wardens were offered bribes of between R1 100 and R105 000 to help with the escape.
