A sternoclavicular sprain can occur at the sternoclavicular joint in the shoulder. The joint is the meeting point between the collarbone and the breastbone. For now, Texas will have to rely on sophomore quarterback Hudson Card to lead the offense. Ewers beat out Card for the starting spot over the summer. Card went 14-for-22 and was sacked three times on Saturday against Alabama. He entered the game for Ewers early in the second quarter.
