Tesla Inc.'s stock headed lower on Monday, stretching its losing run to a fourth session.
Shares of Tesla Inc. headed lower on Monday, stretching their losing run to a fourth session, as support for stock from the United Auto Workers strike has failed to materialize and as the electric-vehicle maker reportedly looks to build a battery factory in India.
Tesla for years has fended off efforts to unionize its U.S. factories, and it pays its hourly workers around 38% less, according to some calculations, than workers at the Big Three automakers earn. Meanwhile, Reuters reported over the weekend that Tesla is looking to build a factory in India to produce stationary storage batteries.
