Tesco has launched its 'Clubcard Challenges' promotion where customers can earn up to £100 worth of bonus Clubcard points - but the supermarket has only selected a few shoppers to take part
Tesco is reintroducing its "Clubcard Challenges" promotion, offering customers the chance to earn up to £100 in bonus Clubcard points. Selected shoppers participating in the "Clubcard Challenges" will be given 10 personalised tasks to complete for bonus points.
Tasks could include spending £20 on the Summer barbecue range over six weeks or £10 on plant-based meals. Out of 20 personalised tasks, participants only need to complete 10. While the maximum reward is £50 worth of extra Clubcard points, this can be doubled to £100 if spent with a Tesco Reward Partner. Over 100 Reward Partners are available, including Cineworld, Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park and Zizzi.Tesco customers earn one Clubcard point for every £1 spent on groceries in-store and online, or one point for every two litres of fuel purchased at a Tesco petrol station.
The offer, which is available to both new and existing OVO Energy customers who link their accounts online, provides 2,500 Clubcard points. While these points are technically worth £25 to spend at Tesco, there's a way to double their value to £50 if redeemed with a Tesco Reward Partner. To be eligible for this OVO offer, customers must pay via Direct Debit and have a smart meter installed.
