Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa says its termination of CEO Zolani Matthews’ employment is in line with his contract.Matthews’ contract was also terminated in 2021, after an investigation revealed that he had not disclosed his dual citizenship.
In a statement, Board Chair Nosiviwe Nokwe Macamo says the termination of Matthews’ contract is also in the interests of PRASA and all rail passengers.
