The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star clarified that her late father, Giancinto Gorga, never wore the pajamas Luis now sports around her daughters.
he “was definitely coming from an endearing place. I love him even more so for that” — even though Ruelas never met the late family patriarch.
“Those were brand new. My dad had brand new clothes that he never used … So I think it came out the wrong way,” she explained, adding, “They were, I think, Ralph Lauren that he never used. They weren’t his actual pajamas that my dad wore.” Ruelas’ comments appear in a teaser for the March 28 episode of “RHONJ,” in which he’s talking to Giudice’s brother, Joe Gorga.
“I live with your four nieces,” he says. “I wear your father’s pajamas at night to make them feel safe and loving, do you know that?” Ruelas throws out the statement to Joe Gorga, saying that he wears the late Giacinto Gorga’s clothes to comfort his stepdaughters.louiearuelas/Instagram
