Cloud-based communications specialist Telviva has taken over Analog and Digital (AnD), a KwaZulu-Natal-based communications company, and rebranded it to Telviva. This move enhances Telviva’s offerings and strengthens its position in the KZN market.
Cloud-based communications specialist Telviva has acquired Analog and Digital (AnD), a communications business focused primarily on KwaZulu-Natal. As part of the deal, AnD has been rebranded to Telviva , reflecting its evolution from a PBX reseller to a fully-fledged telco offering voice services, cloud communication solutions, and contact center technologies.
Customers will retain access to Telviva's full suite of products and support, with Telviva gaining a strong presence in the KZN market known for its robust contact center sector. The rebranding was driven by a strong cultural alignment and shared values, with AnD's founder Kelvin Brown now serving as executive for customer operations, retaining responsibility for KZN operations
