Police forensic officers head to the forensic tents erected at the RNLI station at the Port of Dover A 19-year-old has been charged with facilitating attempted illegal entry into the UK after four people died in theIbrahima Bah, of no fixed address, has been charged with “knowingly facilitating” the attempted arrival of people “he knew or had reasonable cause to believe were asylum seekers,” Kent Police said.
He was arrested in connection with an attempted crossing in the early hours of Wednesday, 14 December, which sawThe force said: “The 19-year-old, of no fixed address, was remanded in custody and will appear before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday 19 December.” Officers “are continuing to work to establish the identity of the deceased and locate the next of kin,” police said.
