fatally stabbing a food delivery driver
Officers found Ryan Munsie Graham, 31, of Fort Worth at an apartment complex in the 4200 block of Northern Cross Boulevard the night of Jan. 23, 2021. The mother of three had been fatally stabbed in the neck and left “unresponsive, in a pool of blood,” the DA’s office said. Marshall was certified as an adult. His accomplice pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery last year and is serving a seven-year sentence in the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, according to prosecutors.“This was a brutal, senseless murder,” prosecutor Rose Anna Salinas said in a written statement.“I’m sorry she was the one who had to experience my anger for things that had nothing to do with her,” he said, according to the DA’s office.
