Reyes is facing three counts of homicide in connection with the shooting deaths of brothers Sebastian Perez-Salome, 9, and Jesus Perez-Salome, 8, as well as Joshua Lugo Perez, 19. Police believe Lugo Perez was targeted because of a prior disagreement.Lebanon County District Attorney Peer Hess Graff said last week she is seeking theRochester police said an arrest warrant for Reyes for illegal gun possession was issued in September.
