Police are hunting three suspects
A 17-year-old has received stitches in hospital after being slashed with a knife during a Mansfield park robbery. Nottinghamshire Police says that the male victim was approached by three other male youths who demanded his phone.
The force also says that patrols in the area have been increased following the incident, which started when the victim dropped his phone as he started to run off. He went to retrieve it, which is when one of the suspects slashed his arm with a knife.The 17-year-old boy ran out of the park to get help and it is believed that his phone was taken by the suspects. The victim was taken to hospital and received stitches for his wounds there.
